The Challenge
Bristol Township School District needed to enhance instructional support by capturing discipline-specific walkthrough observational evidence, enabling more timely, targeted, and actional feedback for their staff.
The Solution
To meet this need, the district leveraged PAETEP’s Custom Forms Module. With flexible form building options and tailored walkthrough templates, instructional leaders were able to build forms that support focused observations aligned to specific content areas. Edulink’s Custom Forms support specialists collaborated closely with district administrators to understand their instructional priorities and custom-build walkthrough tools that reflected the district’s vision for high-quality teaching and learning.
The district was pleased with the outcome and is excited to implement the following custom walkthrough forms this school year:
- Monthly Goals Walkthroughs
- Core Phonics Walkthroughs
- Grade-Level Specific Math Walkthroughs
- Literacy Walkthroughs with targeted instructional indicators such as Advanced Work Study and Comprehension Strategy
