The Challenge
Lewisburg Area School District aimed to streamline the evaluation process for key support staff roles, focusing on delivering meaningful feedback to Personal Care Aides and Clerical Library Aides.
The Solution
To meet this goal, the district implemented PAETEP’s Custom Forms with Support Staff Module. With flexible form-building capabilities and tailored evaluation templates, Lewisburg was able to design evaluation forms that reflect the unique responsibilities of these roles. In collaboration with Edulink’s specialists, the district created two custom forms, which are now available as templates for all districts to use.
