The district is eight miles northwest of downtown Pittsburgh, PA, and encompasses a land area of 10.54 square miles in the Boroughs of Ben Avon, Ben Avon Heights, and Emsworth, along with Ohio and Killbuck Townships. The region is a diverse socio-economic area with a population under 10,000.

The Challenge
Avonworth School District aimed to consolidate evaluations across the district into a single platform, focusing on the comprehensive assessment of their athletics department.
The Solution
The district uses PAETEP’s Custom Forms with Support Staff Module to meet its needs. With flexible building assignments and lead designations, the athletic director evaluated head coaches, who, in turn, evaluated assistant coaches. Edulink’s software engineering team worked with the district to assess their requirements and custom-build specific evaluation tools for their coaches and support staff.
