The Challenge
Columbia-Montour Area Vocational Technical School (AVTS) sought to streamline evaluations across the district into one platform to ensure a thorough process for supervisors and employees to provide ratings.
The Solution
Columbia-Montour AVTS used the Custom Forms with Support Staff Module in PAETEP to develop a unique form for assessing non-certified employees. This form enables employees to complete a self-rating, along with the supervisor rating.
The school plans to use the newly built form to evaluate the following support staff:
- Custodian/Maintenance
- Director of Custodian/Maintenance
- Food Services
- Paraprofessionals
- Security/SRO/School Police
- Business Manager
- Director of Information Technology
- Information Technology
- Reassignment Room Advisor
- Administrative Assistants
Columbia-Montour AVTS is using PAETEP’s Custom Forms with Support Staff Module to streamline evaluations across the district into one platform to ensure a thorough process for supervisors and employees to provide ratings.
