Welcome to the first edition of Edulink’s Comply Newsletter! We hope that Comply has made some of your administrative processes easier this school year. We’d like to thank everyone that participated in our first Annual Survey! Your feedback is critical in helping us continue to improve Comply. We look forward to further enhancing the software this summer in order to provide you with the best tool for managing Act 48 submissions to PERMS, Clearances, Mandated Trainings, Acknowledgments/Sign-offs, Maintenance Inspections, Act 44 School Safety and Security and much more!

CLIENT SURVEY RESULTS

We are happy to report that of those that responded to our survey, 93% were extremely satisfied/satisfied with Comply! We were also able to garner valuable insights into what other items are important to you as you continue to use Comply. Request Forms, Parent Volunteers, and Act 168 modules are a few that were on the top of the list. Our team will be hard at work prioritizing and implementing your feedback. Our first major project will be building Requests, enabling your district to facilitate Field Trip Requests, Transportation Requests, Credit Approval Requests, Conference Requests, Act 48 Hour Requests, and Requisition Requests. We look forward to sharing more with you as we make progress!

I have just begun to use the system but find it to be very easy to process the Act 48 Hours for our staff. I always appreciate the quick response and emails from the support group when I have questions.

RECENT COMPLY ENHANCEMENTS

This Spring, we made several new enhancements to Comply that have increased its efficiency and performance. Recent improvements include faster loading times, building hyperlinks into your instructions, naming resource links, prompting users to Submit for Approval, options for publishing items and many more! To learn more, access our Enhancement Support article. Or, for a full review of our recent enhancements, register below for our upcoming Enhancements Webinar on Wednesday, May 29th at 1:00 PM.

NEW BEST PRACTICE TIPS

We have been actively reaching out to our Comply clients to uncover new and different ways they are using the software, outside of the typical clearance or Act 48 submission.  As a result, we have created several NEW Best Practice articles on our Support solutions page. We hope you have received our emails about these and that they have been helpful. Our goal is to help make your job easier when tracking and managing all compliance and administrative items for the district. In case you missed it, take a look at our latest Best Practice Articles!

TRAINING TUTORIALS

We have added several training tutorials for you to use with your new users. Take a look at our Support solutions page under Getting Started for Admin Users and review the Act 48 and Clearances tutorials!

SUMMER MAINTENANCE

Summer is a great time to clean up your Comply portal and get items prepared for the new school year! We’ve put together a handy article for you to reference as you get ready for next Fall. As always, reach out to support with any questions!
