Welcome to PA-ETEP’s Spring Newsletter! We hope you are wrapping up a productive school year. We sincerely thank everyone who participated in our Annual Survey. We truly value your feedback and appreciate your partnership in helping us continue to make PA-ETEP the best evaluation tool in Pennsylvania! We are pleased to share that 97% of principals and supervisors are extremely satisfied/satisfied with PA-ETEP! We are thrilled to hear this and will continue to make every effort to make the software even better.

ENHANCED TPES REPORT
As you know EDULINK was quick to respond to the PDE’s addition of the ESSA Effectiveness Rating to the Teacher Principal Evaluation Survey (TPES) report. Our programmers quickly got to work, enhancing the programming in PA-ETEP’s TPES data report, in order to assist you in reporting the scores to the PDE with accuracy and confidence. We hope you found our blog and resources easy to follow as you completed the report for the State. We will continue to make this data available in the TPES report for as long as it is required by the State. In case you missed our blog, take a look at it here.
DYNAMIC REPORTS
Remember to take full advantage of the other dynamic reports available in PA-ETEP. Under the Administration/Reporting tab, you will find reports that summarize both teacher and building ratings, allowing you to have more meaningful conversations with your teachers during the evaluation process. The buildings report will give you insights into building level performance, so that you can tailor your in-service sessions specifically around deficit areas. We hope you find the reports to be a valuable resource to your ongoing success.
SUMMER PORTAL CLEAN-UP
With summer approaching, there are bound to be some changes to staff prior to next Fall. With that in mind, please review our Summer Clean-up article on our helpdesk solutions page for suggestions and tips on getting your portal ready for the 2019-2020 school year. It’s never too early to get a head start!

COMPLY UPDATE
Our compliance software – COMPLY continues to keep clients in compliance with Act 48 submissions, Act 44, clearances, mandated trainings, as well as other district and state requirements. We recently made some updates to COMPLY for a more streamlined approach to managing items and users in the software. Additionally, we have added ‘how to’ presentations to our helpdesk solutions articles to help guide users with specific tasks in COMPLY. We are also starting to send out client “Best Practices” which will highlight how a particular client is using Comply to track and manage certain items. We are hopeful this will expand users’ view of all of the various ways to use Comply. Learn how Comply can help your district manage compliance items more efficiently.
