The Challenge

The Lower Moreland Township School District identified opportunities to further strengthen its professional growth systems by enhancing the frequency and quality of peer-to-peer feedback. While existing processes supported evaluations, coaching, and goal setting, they relied on more traditional, manual approaches that were time-consuming and required significant coordination among employees involved. The district had multiple systems and processes in place, and they sought to create greater consistency and alignment across support staff evaluations, administrative goal setting, and progress tracking. The district also recognized the potential to improve access to data in a central location in order to more efficiently monitor trends, support decision-making, and continue refining professional development efforts.

The Solution

To support these growth opportunities, the district implemented the Custom Forms Module within PAETEP, creating a more streamlined and cohesive approach to evaluation, coaching, and professional development. PAETEP’s Custom Forms Module brought a structured peer coaching model to evaluations, while bringing multiple processes into a centralized digital platform. Automation of workflows, such as routing and documentation, reduced administrative effort and improved efficiency, enabling staff to focus more on meaningful professional collaboration. The Custom Forms peer-to-peer evaluation model not only produced consistency in evaluations and goal setting, it also provided a database of real-time insights that support ongoing reflection and data-informed decision-making.
